Cobanero Chilli is a rare and really quite special Mayan chilli varietal only grown in the mountains around the city of Cobán, Guatemala. Fruity like a ripe tomato, sweet, slightly smoky and spicy. Perfect for anyone who appreciates a true Chilli flavour. They add a bright, rich and warm spice unlike the one-dimensional heat of your standard crushed red pepper.

Add it to: spice rubs, marinades and salsas. Infuse in Olive oil. Sprinkle into sauces and stews
